Start Up RedRoller Launches With Intercept

New York, NY – July 18, 2006 – Intercept Interactive, an interactive marketing and media services firm, announced today the launch of Intercept, a full service interactive advertising agency and the appointment of Ed Kelly to the position of Vice President/Managing Director of Intercept. The first client for the new agency under Mr. Kelly is RedRoller Inc., the first and only free Web-based, on-demand shipping solution for sending packages anywhere in the U.S. by comparing the service options of multiple carriers.

Mr. Kelly has held senior-level interactive and integrated marketing positions at BBDO, Answerthink, McCann Worldgroup, EURO RSCG and Grey Worldwide where he developed strategies and programs for clients including Procter & Gamble, Volvo, Intel, Unilever, Coca-Cola, GlaxoSmithKline and GE and is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the agency, expanding its portfolio of services as well as its client base.

Michael Cassidy, president and CEO, Intercept Interactive noted “We are excited to be able to offer a full range of agency services allowing us to provide more value to our clients.” Cassidy continued “The launch of the RedRoller campaign highlights Ed’s capabilities at crafting a high impact, integrated marketing program and we are thrilled to have him leading our Agency.”

Intercept traditionally offered media strategy and buying, and has now expanded its service offering to include business and marketing strategy, search engine marketing, search engine optimization, and creative services . Intercept has worked with a wide range of clients over the years including Orbitz, Illy Caffe, and Hunter Mountain. By developing a more robust marketing and media offering, Intercept was able to attract a wider scope of clients including RedRoller, Inc.

RedRoller selected Intercept as their agency of record for their service launch. Intercept developed strategies and programs for all aspects of the company’s advertising campaign from conception to implementation including creative, search, media and strategy.

RedRoller’s target customers are the small business owners who have a need to ship packages on a regular basis so Intercept leveraged advertising on a combination of small business and broad reach websites along with search engine marketing. The small business sites included: Entrepreneur.com, Hoovers.com, Inc.com, FastCompany.com, BusinessWeek.com, and Yahoo! Small Business. The broad reach websites included: ABCNews.com, Monster.com, FoxNews.com, MarketWatch.com, WashingtonPost.com, Slate.com, NewsWeek.com, and Weather.com.

“We were looking for an agency that could not only provide us with a complete portfolio of services but one that had strong expertise in leveraging the opportunities the Internet has to offer,” said David Sparks, acting CMO RedRoller, Inc. “Intercept advised us on strategies and developed and executed a complete campaign that is one of the cornerstones of our successful launch.”

The ads will run through year-end on key websites, ranging from larger, integrated buys on websites like BusinessWeek, Hoovers and Inc. to specific buys on sites like FoxNews.com, Marketwatch.com, and WashingtonPost.com. Intercept also developed and implemented search engine marketing campaigns for RedRoller determining the best key words with execution on Google, Yahoo!, and MSN.

Intercept designed ads for the campaign that highlighted RedRoller’s benefits to small businesses and featured ad formats including leaderboards, rectangles, skyscrapers, and pop-unders. The online ads began running to coincide with RedRoller’s official launch on June 21.
